MERA Focused on Upgrading Member Services
Indianapolis, IN: The Mobile Enhancement Retailers Association® (MERA) has begun the process of evaluating and upgrading its offerings to the 12 volt specialist retailer members. “MERA has always focused upon education and networking as the most powerful tools for securing the future success of our members. KnowledgeFest and the MERA/CEA Regional Workshops are two prime examples of this. “We are now examining what else our members may need from us, and how to deliver it.”, say’s MERA President Bob Graham. Graham also noted that MERA’s most used resources will continue without interruption during this upgrade.
MERA is inviting its members, non-members, manufacturers, representatives, and all those in the industry to make their voices heard. Jim Montoya, MERA’s new executive director states; “We want to know what is important to the retailers, and what MERA can do to help. MERA belongs to the 12 volt specialty retailers. Now is the time to step up and get involved. It’s through participation that everyone wins.”
MERA has also announced that the new dates for the MERA/CEA Regional Workshops will be announced soon, as will KnowledgeFest 2009. “Both events will have a new look and feel that we believe will be well received by the retailers and by the industry at large.” Said MERA vice president Barry Vogel.
